Quality control is looked upon as everyone's responsibility at The Holtze Companies.  We have always been safety conscious and careful to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by OSHA.  Our safety committee meets on a regular basis and has developed a comprehensive written plan which includes:

We have contracted with Construction Safety Specialists, Inc. (CSSI, a division of Master Builders of Iowa) to conduct jobsite training and inspections in addition to our own.  All new employees are familiarized with our company safety and drug-testing policies.  Jobsite safety meetings are on-going and routine at all our jobsites.  Also, safety is covered at our annual employee meeting and our safety program includes safety award incentives for all employees of Holtze Construction, Sioux Contractors, and Glover Painting.All of our key people and most of our core employees have taken the 10-hour OSHA Training Course and carry current First Aid and CPR certification cards.  A separate log of each employee's training is kept updated and on file at the main office.
